Staying FAQ

It has a large Double bedroom, a Twin bedroom and if someone does not mind, the sofa could sleep one more, so four normally, but possibly five. The Double room has an ensuite Bath, Shower and WC, The Twin room has an ensuite shower and washbasin, WC is up one floor.

In short, everything you need! A fully equipped kitchen with: cooker, fridge-freezer; dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table that will seat up to six. All the crockery, pots and pans etc you could possibly want. The Sitting Room has an open log fire, ipod dock, Sky TV DVD player and wireless printer.

There are usually some basics like tea, coffee and loo paper in the house but please replace what you use!

Yes we have wifi.

We would ask anyone to give the house a good clean on leaving.

Sheets, linen and towels are provided. We have someone who lives nearby and looks after the house. They will do the laundry but we will ask you to leave her €60-120 (depending on how many people are staying) for doing the laundry and change over between visitors.

Much of the year it will not be a problem!! However, out of the summer it can get chilly at night - fear not, all rooms have efficient electric heaters and there is the log fire! Electricity is expensive though, so please be sensible.

The rental cost is up to £700 per week plus cleaning (€60-120 depending on usage).

Whenever you like! We prefer Saturday am departures and Sunday arrivals to give time to refresh the house.

Please liaise with us about picking up and dropping off the keys.
